Miguel Morillas, affiliated researcher at the Center for Responsible Leadership, has been awarded the second prize in the (European Doctoral Programmes Association in Management & Business Administration) Thesis Competition. The prize highlights his thesis’ significant contribution to advancing knowledge in Business Studies and Management.

Miguel’s thesis ‘The Terms of Inclusion: How Migrant Professionals Negotiate Inclusion in Organizations’ was successfully supervised by Prof. Laurence Romani. He is currently working on the inclusion of highly skilled migrants in multinationals at His research spans the areas of organization studies and sociology.
